Just had to post!!

We have a new place in Knoxville called Turkey Creek Public Market...it is the neatest place!  It has just about anything you could ever want/need!  I have been a couple of times but my mom had never been so we headed there Saturday afternoon.  My mom loves to buy Jade cute clothes, especially if its something that she could later replicate!! So when we walked in to this super girly shop at the market she went NUTS!! She bought Jade the hat/flower, white ruffled top and pettiskirt!  She wore it to church yesterday with a cropped denim jacket and leopard flats!  We ran to the mall yesterday afternoon and everybody just kept commenting on it!  Jade is a total ham so she'd say "Thank you very much" when somebody would say how cute she looked!  There will def be more pettiskirts in her future!

She got 2 gift cards to Build A Bear for her birthday and I told her if she was good at the mall we would use them!  She was great so we headed there and she picked out Hello Kitty!  We put panties on her and have used her as a potty training tool..so far it's def working!! Yay Jade!!

and no I'm not talking about acting like a 21 year old all the time..I'm talking about the super awesome store!! We ran in there yesterday while at the mall and I never leave without buying atleast 1 piece of jewelry! These are the lovely gems I picked up yesterday...

Happy Mother's Day

I hope all the moms out there have had a great day!
We went to church and had a lovely worship service. After church we went to eat with mom and dad at Rafferty's...they have one of the best chicken finger salads around!! Then we went to visit Michael's mom...we got our moms Yankee Candles. We got my mom Pineapple Cilantro which is my new favorite scent and we got his mom Cherry Lemonade which I am going to have to pick up soon! After we visited with his mom for a while we ran to the mall and Michael and Jade got my gift...MY VERY 1ST COACH PURSE!!! I am in love!!! It's gorgeous!! We came home and just had a relaxing evening and watched "Night at the Museum 2" it was cute!!

Recent Happenings..

I haven't been on here updating in a little bit so I thought today was a good time as any...
Last Friday night after work Jade and I went to dinner with my friends Wendy and Jodi..we had pizza at Mangia at Turkey Creek..I love their pizza! If you live in or around Knoxville, I HIGHLY recommend it! We shopped around Target after we ate and we picked up a few cute things.
Saturday Me, Mom and Jade met my cousin Shannon and my aunt Della at Turkey Creek. We went to Target, ate at Beef O' Brady's and went to Wal-Mart so Shannon could get her nails done. After we left Wal-Mart, we headed to White Lace and Promises for Shannon's dress fitting. She looked stunning in her dress and I can't wait to see Greg's face on their wedding day. She is gonna knock his socks off! We headed to Babies R Us next so they could get shower gifts and of course Jade ended up with some cute stuff! I'll have to take a picture of her new outfit..It is too stinkin' cute! Michael had to work but he met us at BRU; when we finished there we said goodbye and Della and Shannon headed back home to NC. Mom had plans with some friends so Michael, Jade and I stayed in West Knoxville. We went to Target next to West Town (seeing a pattern?) to pick up a few things and then headed home.
Sunday we had church and afterwards we went to eat with my parents and some friends at Chili's. It was so good! It was a beautiful day so we went home and put on our swimsuits and headed to our friend's house to go swimming. We swam for about an hour and then Jade and I headed to mom's to see Lori in her wedding dress. Lori is my brother's fiancee'. Mom is hemming her dress and doing her bustle. Her dress is beautiful! After church Sunday Night we went home and relaxed.
Monday I was off from work and we hung out around the house until about 12:30 and we headed to Cracker Barrel for lunch. I took Michael to work and Jade and I ran to my mom's work. We hadn't been there in a while and of course everybody always makes a fuss over Jade and she LOVES the attention! LOL
I have all kinds of new pictures of Jade and will post them very soon. I have been working on stuff for my brother and Lori's shower that is this weekend so I haven't had time for much else.
Oh I almost for the biggest news...JADE IS NOW SLEEPING IN HER BED!!! YAY!! She fell asleep Friday night and I thought "Ok I'm gonna try this again" I put her in there and normally when I do she wakes up as soon as her head hits the mattress..NOT THIS TIME! She was OUT!! She slept there from 11 until 3 AM! Saturday night she was with us again..Sunday night it was 10-2; Monday night 11-6:30; Tuesday night 9-2 and last night..ALL NIGHT!! 11-7:45! I only had to get up twice and by the time I got to her she was back asleep! I am so proud of her!

Mother's Day Weekend

Good Morning Everybody! Hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! We sure did and of course I didn't take a single picture to prove it!
Friday Michael and Jade went shopping and he was so excited about what they got me that he wrapped it and made me open it that night. They got me this CUTE picture frame from Target.
Then Saturday we got up early and got all of us ready. We went to eat lunch at TGI Friday's..they have all their sandwiches and salads for $5 right now and my new favorite thing is the BBQ Chicken Wrap...it is a little slice of Heaven!
We left there and went to West Town Mall because I told Michael I wanted perfume for Mother's Day but wasn't sure what kind so he said we'd go there and let me pick it out..I went to Sephora and smelled the ones I normally choose between and decided to go to Belk and check out what they had going on. After being attacked by a few perfume spritzing maniacs I was approached by a very sweet girl and she said "Have you smelled the new Escada?" I said no and she gave me an adorable card spritzed with it and I fell in love! One of the notes in it is strawberry! I love strawberries! She showed me the options they had in it and I ended up getting the biggest bottle of it because whenever I buy a gift set the shower gel and lotion usually goes unused. I also got an adorable bag with it that will be perfect for going to the pool and little trips here and there!


We shopped around the mall a little bit longer..got Jade an Ariel beach towel at the Disney Store..bought my cousin Shannon something to go with her wedding shower gift and went to Victoria's Secret where they had some bras for $29.50 so I got a new nude one. We left the mall and ran to Target at Turkey Creek and got Mother's Day cards and a few other things and then went to Red Lobster for my mother's day dinner! We headed home to get our mom's gifts wrapped and ready for Sunday.
Yesterday we went to church and then to Rafferty's with my parents and my brother. Nice meal even though they have changed the food I always order! Went home, took a nap and went to Michael's parent's church that night. Went to their house for a few minutes afterwards so she could open her gift and play with Jade. Picked up Wendy's on the way home and spent the evening finishing up Season 4 of "Two and a half Men" from Netflix.

I need these...BAD!!!

Ok earlier I mentioned how we are going to the TN Orange and White game tomm! I wish I had known about this website earlier in the week!! I have found a pair of shoes I would love to wear tomm...

I may have to get them for Football Season! How cute would they be with a madras print or orange and white seersucker skirt and my TN polo!

Hey Look A New Post!!!

I know I know! I said I'd be on here updating stuff but sometimes it is days before I even have time to get on the computer, let alone, update anything! I do have a CUTE video to post!
